2 WEEKS

Starting from the date of your first coaching call.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Book your first session

    Start by selecting a date and time for your first 90-minute Google Meet coaching call. This date marks the official beginning of our two weeks together. You’ll also complete a quick intake form and choose your preferred payment option at this stage.

  2. Secure your spot

    To confirm your booking, simply complete the invoice that will be emailed to you. Once payment is received, you're officially locked in! You’ll then be guided to complete a short questionnaire form to help me prepare for our first session.

  3. Get access to your private portal

    You’ll be set up with your own private client portal, which is a dedicated space just for you and I. It’s where we’ll store your call recordings, summaries, resources, and chat throughout our two weeks together.

  4. We confirm your goals

    Inside the portal, we’ll confirm exactly what you want to learn and how I’ll structure your coaching. Whether it's refining your client process or mastering your proposals, this is completely tailored to you.

  5. Your first call (Week 1)

    We meet for our 90-minute Google Meet session. I’ll present everything you want to know, from how I create brand presentations to how I vectorise artwork or build my proposal systems. It’s all personalised for you and its all recorded and yours to keep forever.

  6. Call recap + resources

    After the call, you’ll receive a summary of everything we covered, plus any relevant templates, screenshots, videos, tools or notes, all uploaded to your portal.

  7. Ongoing chat access

    Throughout our two weeks, you’ll have unlimited access to me via the instant chat inside your portal. Ask me anything. Think of me as your designer BFF, here to support you with whatever pops up along the way.

  8. Your second call (Week 2)

    You’ll receive a link to book your second 90-minute call. This is where we go even deeper, whether that means continuing the teaching, refining your own work, or exploring something new you’ve become curious about.

  9. Final recap + continued support

    Just like before, you’ll receive the recording, a detailed summary, and extra resources from your second session, all added to your portal for you to refer back to anytime.

  • No worries at all! If you can’t find a time that works in my calendar, just send me a DM or email and let me know what times suit you best. I’m happy to open up an evening or even a Saturday afternoon if needed - I’ll do my best to make it work for you.

  • This coaching is for every stage - from aspiring designers who haven’t launched yet, to established studio owners wanting to refine, streamline, or scale. No qualifications needed.
    If you’re brand new and don’t know where to start - I’ll guide you. If you’re already working with clients and want to learn how I do things - I’ll show you. This is completely tailored to you, from wherever you’re at.

  • Absolutely. Most designers today don’t have formal design qualifications - they’re self-taught, driven by passion, and constantly evolving. That’s exactly who this mentorship is for. I’m here to fast-track your growth by showing you exactly how I built my studio, step by step.
